Rain? Treadmill.

The yuck weather we have had for day(s) inspired this work out!

  • 5 min warm up walk/jog

(all easy jog is at 0 incline, moderate pace. all tabata is 20 sec on, 10 sec off 6 incline, sprint)

  • 5 min easy jog
  • 4 min tabata
  • 4 min jog
  • 3 min tabata
  • 3 min jog
  • 2 min tabata
  • 2 min jog
  • 1 min tabata
  • 5 min walk/jog cool down

    I did this workout this morning and it was great! Really got a good workout in a minimal amount of time. Tabatas really continue to burn calories for a while afterwards..I can tell…because I’m on breakfast #2! :) Thanks, Kelly!
